Within Scriptcase you can register on the administrative panel some global variables that can be used in any application built on the tool, all in a simple and uncomplicated WAY, the main characteristic of our tool. The application can include global variables in the WHERE clause, field definitions and names, event programming, and so on. The global variable is an external parameter required for running the application. so my forms just ask by one variable global. In that case you must use a static variable that will store a new value to each call and so the self-increment will work properly.īy understanding the variable declaration of resources it is possible to optimize the application performance and thus make them more effective in their processes. This screen shows all global variables used in the application. In my case i have a project that use much global variables and i use them in various forms, and i need classify it. Be sure that you know the caller and - better - encrypt the values. In the above function, in each call the variable will be reset and incremented at the end, but in each new call function the value will be reset again and so the logic loses its function. Be aware that this is a (very) unsafe way of passing variables if you have some critical things to do in your application. Static variables are widely used in recursive functions, check below for an example: This type of variable does not lose its value in every method call in the local scope and it is capable of storing information. You can still use what we call static variables. If there is a need for one variable to be used globally, in other calls, that one must be declared as follows: So, over the processing of information, a variable can take several forms:īy default, every PHP variable is declared in the local scope, so it can only be used by set elements and includes in the block used. Unlike some languages, the declaration of variables in PHP uses the “$” character and there is no need to declare the variable type (integer, decimal, string etc). Is the app is reciving the variable you must ser as IN else if the. select application item and you can see global variables. In the example, we declare the variable “a” taking the integer value 1. I am using tabs and with multiple menu selections, that is how more than one instance of the application can set and access the same global variable. It’s apparent how a an app receiving a variable can choose to receive by session / post or get but could someone please point out how to change how the referring app SENDS the variable Appreciate any tips thanks. In PHP, the statement occurs in a very simple way, as you can see in the example below: This variable should be processable for a sql statement to search for the certain id in another database table. Declaring variables is part of the routine of any programmer. After the user interacts, I want to pass that variable to another blank application (B). The success of a budget relies on accurate incomings and outgoings and the only way you can be 100% sure is by getting all your statements and bills in front of you. Where is your money really going? Don’t be tempted to guess or estimate. Do not include overtime pay, because you shouldn’t rely on that as regular income. Figure your available income (the amount of your take-home, or net, pay). Think about what you want to accomplish financially in the next three months, the next year, and the next three years.
Such tattoos can be inspired by the statue of Perseus holding the decapitated head of Medusa.Īfter determining the intent of the tattoo, either as a protective charm or as a fearsome creature bound to attack, it is important to pick the tattoo style for it. Artists of old managed to capture their vision of Medusa as faithfully to the myths as possible. The shield with Medusa’s head in it will petrify the gaze of anyone looking into it.Ī lot of tattoo artists get inspired by ancient writings and sculptures or drawings, done by famous artists and sculptors. From that moment Medusa was known as a horrible monster.Ī Medusa Tattoo can be considered a “shield” against the evil that the user is facing. The god of the sea was fascinated by her beauty, and so he impregnated Medusa in Athena’s temple.Īthena was furious at Medusa, so she turned her beautiful hair locks into living snakes. But Medusa was unlucky enough to catch glimpses of Poseidon. There are many tales of the fearsome Gorgon, she was the only one of her siblings that were born as a human, and a beautiful one at that. Why are people so fascinated by Medusa Tattoos and why do they ink them on their bodies? Well, get comfortable in your seat, because we plan to explore the myth behind the glaring eyes that petrify with their look! Others chose to ink on their bodies the idea of Medusa, the one that was considered a victim of assault and later turned into a monster, as a way to rage against the world. Some pick a Medusa tattoo for the aesthetics, the way it looks fearsome and beautiful at the same time. For the past decades, Medusa has been seen as a symbol of female empowerment and has quickly grown to become a popular choice when it comes to female tattoos. It was Herbert - in the cellar - with the lead piping! The director sets up a tantalising finale right from the get-go by giving the audience the notion that Herbert is going to kill his wife and then spends fifteen minutes leading us there. I've just decided to have my hair sanforized. Made in Texas? By Texans? With New Yorkers! I think I'd better be trotting off. As you have no doubt already guessed tonight's story has nothing whatsoever to do with shrunken heads. First of all you must wait until the original owner of the head dies. Collecting them of course, not making them. Now you see what might happen if you fall asleep under the dryer. Findlater" - John Williams, Isobel Elsom, Arthur Gould-Porter and Molly Glessing. Four cast members from this episode also appeared in a later episode, "The Three Dreams Of Mr.The last line of the episode is John Williams: "Back for Christmas. The excavation work in the cellar costs £78, according to the invoice.Just watch John Williams' expressions when his wife is up the ladder and he is getting more and more agitated! And after the murder when Herbert has to trundle back down into the cellar to turn the water back on. Followed by the whole light-covering debacle which adds some humour to the otherwise sinister plot is just pure gold. The way he trudges up the stairs like a sulking child is brilliant. Another wonderful example of Hitchcock's mastery is the scene where Herbert goes down into the cellar and calls his wife, but she asks him to come back up to help her fix a covering on a light instead. In reality Isobel Elsom was born in Cambridgeshire, England and was ten years older - born on March 16th, 1893. The passport lists his wife as being born in Chelmsford on December 8th, 1903 5'4" tall with blue eyes and blonde hair. In reality, John Williams was born in Buckinghamshire, England on April 15th, 1903 and was 6'1" tall. He is 6'0½" tall with grey eyes and brown hair. The two are reunited in a later episode, "The Three Dreams Of Mr. John Williams plays a husband who kills his wife, played by Isobel Elsom. This was John Williams' second appearance in the series. It's a letter from a building company who have written to his wife confirming the excavation of their cellar as a surprise Christmas present for him. An executive for the firm looking to employ Herbert delivers him some mail that has arrived for him, which he opens and reads. He sits at his typewriter and composes a letter as though it was written by his wife, informing their maid back home that the couple intend to stay a bit longer in the States. Herbert leaves for America where he checks into the Hilton hotel in Beverly Hills. He doesn't waste time in burrying her either! The tension is building quite significantly at this point.Īlso has one last thing to take care of down in the cellar: he lures his wife down there and (off camera) murders her with a blow to the head with a lead pipe. Herbert once again calls Hermione down into the cellar and once again she gets him doing more odd jobs around the house, slowly adding to his incredible frustrations. In fact, I may suggest that the two of you meat-hounds, er, I mean, foodies, can go eat yourself into a coma when we come see you in March!! hahahahaha Thanks for sharing - you are the best storyteller. The photo shows the meat offered at the restaurant stacked up high. Recently, Arby's created promotional posters designed to showcase that it offers a lot more than just roast beef. Armed with the official instructions-the sandwich has six meats, chicken strips, bacon and cheese-the restaurant was happy to oblige. I was in a state of ecstasy for 30 minutes.įortunately, I had a copy of how to build the sandwich from corporate HQ. The glorious meats of this sandwich opened my third eye. The pepper bacon was a little limp but did its job. The tame chicken and turkey flavors were immediately amplified by the rich beefy bites of steak and brisket. If you're brave enough to try this sandwich, don't forget to share a photo and post the #HackTheMenu hashtag. I'm not sure if you can find another secret menu item from any of our other Secret Menus that has this many different types of meat all in one sandwich. But it doesn't end there, the rest of the sandwich is composed of Brisket, Corned Beef, Angus Steak, Cheddar Cheese, and finished off with their deliciously crispy Bacon. Chicken Tenders form the solid base of this mountain which is then topped with Roast Turkey, Ham, and then Swiss Cheese. If you think you're ready for a challenge, get ready to hear what's inside of this monster called the meat mountain sandwich. ? If you haven't, you better prepare yourself for something that might sound a little insane if you're not used to stuffing yourself as a competitive eater. This carnivore's-dream-come-true somewhat comically comes with a slice of Swiss cheese. Eater reports that in 2017, a wild-caught Alaskan pollock fish filet got added to the pile. Its original incarnation contained eight different meats: Angus steak, bacon, brisket, chicken tenders, corned beef, ham, roast beef, and turkey. The amount of protein might just drop your jaw (or force you to unhinge it) just to cram this meaty behemoth in your mouth. The meal that's a dare for your colon." Perhaps the biggest dare on offer at Arby's is the Meat Mountain sandwich on its secret menu.Īdded to the unofficial menu in 2014, the Meat Mountain sandwich "is only for the daring," writes Fast Company. "You think pain and grief are hard to digest! It's like shock and awe for your bowels. "Why not challenge your stomach to a fight?" Stewart muses in the clip. When he left the roasting spit that was the show in 2015, Arby's released a farewell video of Stewart skewering their food, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Daily Show icon Jon Stewart never seemed particularly fond of Arby's and "the meats" it so fondly brought up in commercials, but the host roasted the restaurant just like they roast their beef. |
